About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This role will be stationed at the reception area and will provide administrative and operational support to the HR department. It is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in HR functions while also managing front-desk responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Front Desk Management: Assist the Visitors, Employees and candidates at the reception.
• Assist in the recruitment process - resume screening.
• Handle general HR inquiries and provide administrative support.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in HR functions and people management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software is a plus.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and take initiative.
