Job Overview

We are seeking a Supply Chain Management (SCM) professional with 1+ year of experience for a full-time position. As an Executive – SCM, you will be responsible for supporting and coordinating key supply chain functions such as inventory management, order processing, and logistics tracking. Your role will be crucial in ensuring operational efficiency and timely product movement, contributing to the seamless functioning of our D2C business.

Key Responsibility

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records across systems.
• Manage order processing, from order entry to dispatch coordination.
• Coordinate with logistics and 3PL partners to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain up-to-date records in ERP or supply chain software.
• Planning the production forecasting.
• Generate and share inventory and sales reports to assist in demand planning.
• Collaborate with internal teams like sales, marketing, and customer service to align on stock availability and order priorities.
• Support the SCM Manager in routine operational tasks and process improvements.

Key Requirements

• MBA in Supply Chain Management (mandatory)
• 1+ year of hands-on experience in supply chain or logistics operations
• Working knowledge of ERP/SAP tools and MS Excel
• Understanding of basic supply chain processes, including inventory control and logistics coordination
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-driven environment
• Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
• Prior experience in quick-commerce platforms like Dunzo, Zepto, Blinkit, or similar is highly preferred, particularly in handling dispatch, stock control, and last-mile logistics
