Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Associate - Brand Marketing to join our team and assist in managing brand strategies, marketing campaigns, and product promotions. This entry-level position is ideal for candidates with a passion for branding, creativity, and driving business growth in a competitive industry.


Key Responsibilities:


Brand Strategy Support:

  • Collaborate with the Brand Manager to execute strategic initiatives aligned with Vilvah’s vision.
  • Analyse market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.


Campaign Management:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms.
  • Monitor the performance of campaigns and suggest data-driven improvements.


Content Development:

  • Coordinate with the creative team to develop brand-aligned content for various channels.
  • Ensure consistency in brand tone and messaging across all materials.


Product Promotion:

  • Support the launch of new products, including creating launch plans, organizing events, and coordinating with internal teams.
  • Track the performance of promotional activities and provide insights.


Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work with sales, operations, and product teams to ensure alignment with brand objectives.
  • Provide branding support for partner collaborations and retail initiatives.


Reporting & Analysis:

  • Prepare regular reports on brand performance metrics and campaign results.
  • Offer insights and recommendations for future branding efforts.


Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0-1 year of experience in branding, marketing, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media trends.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, familiarity with graphic design tools or analytics platforms is a plus.
