Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and data-driven Assistant Growth Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong analytical mindset, and is passionate about driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will play a key role in executing and optimizing growth strategies to scale our customer base and enhance brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement data-driven growth marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, activation, and retention.
- Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
- Leverage SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and referral programs to enhance organic growth.
- Analyse campaign performance, customer behaviour, and market trends to improve marketing efficiency and ROI.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and creative teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to stay ahead in the market.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a related role.
- Strong expertise in performance marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and Google Analytics.
- Hands-on experience with SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and marketing automation.
- Proficiency in data analysis and campaign measurement tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude).
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, Shopify.
- Basic knowledge of SQL or data visualization tools is a plus.
