Job description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Master the product features, keep updated on new features and stay as an extremely competent user of the product.
• Collaborating with Internal departments like Subject Matter Experts and Product team members to deliver product trainings.
• Ensure the knowledge is delivered and use various training methods to make it more effective.
• Develop new approaches and techniques for making improvements in trainings.
• Generate various reports on the Trainings, effectiveness and feedback as per requirements.
