Must be able to : * Responsibility of sales generation and achieving targets in assigned territory. * Responsibility of daily profitable selling, order position and order booking, daily visit to  dealers, sub-dealers and buliders. * Develop and build new sales and dealer networks. * Encourge dealers/channel partners to store and display products. * Handle project sales and retail sales. * Relationship management with archtects and builders. * Initiate visits, address enquiries and regular follow up with projects, architects and builders. * Receivable management (collection of the outstanding payments). * Establish sales objectives by creating a sales plan, preparing a monthly budget. * Identifying new areas for business growth and new product opportunities, and/or product,  packaging, and service changes, surveying consumer needs and trends, tracking competitors. * Energetic and self-initiative, capable of planing and achieving targets.
