Roles & Responsibilities:

• Detailed knowledge of PLC automation software and programming languages.
• Experience in PLC, HMI, SCADA program development.
• Exposure of integration & communication of automation systems is must. Like PLC-PLC, PLC-VFD, PLC-IoT gateway, PLC-DCS, PLC- PAC, PLC/DCS-ICS.
• Should have basic knowledge in handling SQL databases.
• Must have exposure of different industrial communication Protocols like Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP/IP, Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP etc.
• Good Knowledge related to Troubleshooting of PLC, HMI, SCADA System.
• Good exposure of Industrial Networking connectivity & architecture of PLCs, SCADA, HMI, DCS, VFD, IMCC having client-server, multiple client-centralized server architecture, redundancy/non-redundancy architecture.
• Hands on experience and able to handle of various FAT (internal, customer, site) of automation systems independently
• To develop and provide training to team members and participate to upgrade knowledge in different training session.
• To develop knowledge repository system as a part of documentation in HDD or central server for projects & services.
• Exposure of 21 CFR Part 11 Compliance is an added advantage.

Experience: 1-3 Years in Industrial Automation, VFD, IIoT Solutions

Education: Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation/Industrial/Mechatronics Engineering
