Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the recruitment process from end-to-end.

Coordinate and conduct interviews.

Manage employee onboarding and offboarding.

Handle HR operations and ensure compliance with company policies.

Assist in performance management and employee relations.

Support various HR initiatives and projects.

Requirements:

1 Months to 1.5 years of experience in HR.

Proven experience in hiring and HR operations.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
