Job Overview

 

We are hiring a Business Development Specialist to join our team at Gyanohm Learning As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a vital role in driving the growth and success of our company. This is a full-time position based in Indore, MP. The ideal candidate for this role is a fresher with less than 1 year of experience who is passionate about business development and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced Edtech environment. In this role, you will be responsible for researching and identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing strategies to expand our customer base, and building strong relationships with clients. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the future of education and make a positive impact on students' learning experiences.

 

Qualifications and Skills

 

·        MBA or relevant qualification

·        Strong research and analysis skills

·        Business acumen and understanding of the Edtech industry

·        Proven ability to identify and seize business opportunities

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·        Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

·        Experience with lead generation and customer relationship management (CRM) systems

·        Self-motivated and results-oriented

·        Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team

·        Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

 

Roles and Responsibilities

 

·        Research and identify potential business opportunities in the Edtech industry

·        Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends

·        Develop and implement strategies to expand our customer base and reach new markets

·        Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, educational institutions, and industry stakeholders

·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and improve our eLearning products and services

·        Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients

·        Stay up to date with industry news, technologies, and trends

·        Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company
