What’s the job like?

• You will lead a team and build systems that solve complex business problems at scale.

• Work closely with product managers to understand customer needs and translate those into technical requirements.

• Build and maintain scalable data management and serving infrastructure on cloud, managing terabytes of data and integrating cost and revenue from hundreds of publishers and advertisers.

• You will be able to build, lead and manage a rockstar team.

• You will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of the engineering process.

• You will work alongside product and business teams to take the product to the next level.

• Set the strategic roadmap and develop development processes and strategies.

• Implement products and features to enhance the product suite.

• Analyze the data thoroughly to find the areas of growth

• Analyze the data to find areas for improvement.

Who should apply for this role?

• Engineering Bachelor/ Masters in Computer Science, or equivalent.

• 8+ years of experience planning, designing, developing, and delivering software.

• 2+ years of experience as a team manager in a software development organization.

• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to lead a team through complex technical challenges.

• Can write bug-free, production-quality code in any programming language preferably Golang, Node, Java or Python.

• Good knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.

• Knowledge of high volume, low latency, Multi-threaded, large-scale distributed systems.

• Knowledge of big-data tools like Hadoop, BigQuery or any other big-data tools

• Understanding Machine Learning is good to have.

• Excellent analytical, mathematical, logical, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to understand business requirements and take ownership of the product
