Key Responsibilities:
1.Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and optimize content for improved search engine visibility.
- Strategize and execute on-page and off-page SEO techniques to enhance website rankings.
- Perform rigorous technical SEO audits and enhance website structure, speed, and mobile responsiveness.
- Analyze SEO performance through Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
- Devise content marketing strategies to boost organic traffic and domain authority.
2 Google Ads & PPC Campaigns
- Plan and execute Google Ads campaigns across various platforms including Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping & Performance Max.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, headlines, and landing pages for optimal performance.
- Optimize bidding strategies and budgets to ensure maximum ROI.
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager for conversion tracking.
3.Social Media Marketing (Meta, LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), and other social media platforms.
- Create compelling social media content (posts, reels, stories, ads) to drive engagement and enhance brand visibility.
- Utilize Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, and other tracking tools to monitor performance.
- Implement retargeting strategies and lookalike audience campaigns for increased conversions.
4.Email Marketing & Automation
- Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or Active Campaign.
- Develop personalized email sequences, newsletters, and drip campaigns to nurture leads.
- Segment email lists and conduct A/B testing to optimize open rates and CTR.
- Analyze email performance metrics and make data-driven optimizations.
5.Content & Branding Strategy
- Collaborate with content writers & designers to create compelling marketing materials.
- Develop SEO-aligned blog posts, landing pages, and lead magnets.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
6.Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insights, and other analytics tools.
- Generate detailed performance reports and recommend optimizations.
- Track key KPIs such as CTR, ROI, CPC, CPA, and conversion rates.
7.Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Conduct A/B testing on landing pages and optimize CTAs, forms, and layouts.
- Enhance website UX to boost engagement and reduce bounce rates.
- Utilize heatmaps and session recordings for in-depth user behavior analysis.
8.Lead Generation & Funnel Optimization
- Develop and implement lead generation campaigns through Google, Meta, LinkedIn Ads & Email Marketing.
- Optimize sales funnels and monitor customer journeys for improved conversion rates.
- Implement marketing automation tools for lead nurturing and retargeting.
