Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

  • Location: Gota, Ahmedabad
  • Employment Type: Full-Time (work from office)
  • Experience: min 2+ years as BDE in IT Industry


Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for building relationships, and a knack for closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:
  • Identify and generate new business leads through market research, networking, and outreach.
  • Initiate contact with potential clients via cold calls, emails, and other channels.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Sales Execution:
  • Present and pitch company products/services to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate terms, close deals, and achieve sales targets.
  • Market Research & Strategy:
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
  • Contribute to business strategies and action plans for revenue growth.
  • Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Prepare regular reports for management on sales performance and pipeline progress.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 year in business development, or a related field.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
  • Other Requirements: Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
