Job Overview

We are looking for a Fresher to join our Customer Service team in Bangalore Urban. This is a full-time position aimed at those with 0 to 1 year of work experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing an exceptional service experience.

  • Update customer records in the company's database after each interaction.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure the best possible service for customers.
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process and suggest improvements.

  • Assist in training and mentoring new team members once acquainted with the role.
