Job Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior UX Designer to join our team in Nashik. As a Senior UX Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design efforts across various digital platforms, ensuring exceptional user experiences and interface designs. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, design intuitive solutions, and drive product innovation. Mandatory Web Applications Experience is required

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the end-to-end design process from concept to execution, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.
2. Develop user personas, journey maps, and user flows to inform design decisions and enhance usability.
3. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and requirements.
4. Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and refine designs effectively.
5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design processes and deliverables.
6. Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence within the team.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
2. 8+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in designing for web and mobile applications.
3. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or equivalent.
4. Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
5. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
6. Experience working in an agile environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
7. Prior experience in mentoring or leading design teams is a plus.
