We are seeking a skilled and motivated HR Executive to join our team at Vibrant Staffing Solutions. As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, payroll management, and performance management. This is a full-time position based in Sector 18 Gurgaon and requires 1 to 3 years of experience in HR.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1 to 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role
• Sound knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms and social media channels

Roles and Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate selection
• Develop and implement effective onboarding programs for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization
• Manage payroll administration, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Assist in performance management activities, including performance appraisals, goal-setting, and employee development plans
• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
• Handle employee queries and concerns, providing timely and effective resolutions
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices, making recommendations for process improvements
