Role – Project Manager (PMO)

Salary Slab – 17L to 21.5L

1 year contract and it will get extended basis requirement.

Experience:

·9 to 11 years in a corporate IT environment

·6 to 9 years of experience in PMO or program/project management

Job Summary

The overall purpose of the Project Manager/Enterprise PMO is to provide guidance and assistance in the planning and tracking of projects. He/She will also be able to build and adhere to a budget for their project. The PM will assist project managers create of a set of plans adhering to the scope of work with milestones, deliverables and activities. The PM will also establish a centralized tracking mechanism to help report progress.

Purpose of the Job:

·Works to identify and manage (where required) key plan related risks and issues

·Builds trusted relationships with contacts within other (non PM) areas

·Measures plan quality with supervision

·Governing a centralized system for all the Project running under Sales and Marketing perview

·Act as backup resource for technical activities (CRM, Sales & Marketing) in some areas related with environment team

·Strategic alignment between project management and business objectives

·Embracing digital transformation and automation

·Emphasis on innovation and continuous improvement

·Data-driven decision making

Analytical/Decision Making Responsibilities:

·Monitor program/project baselines to ensure activities are occurring as planned — scope, budget and schedule

·Proactively identify risks and issues on programs/ projects, helping team to develop risk management and issue management plans.

·Assist in enabling the Automation of PM in Acuity across BU’s

·Identify potential points of contention for missed deliverables

·Develop and manage plans to address program/project strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats

·Hands on resource on planning and technical activities

·Create and manage contracts with suppliers and vendors, ensuring timely deliveries

·Perform regular assessment of project execution to identify areas for improvement

·Be aware of industry best practices, techniques and standards, and encourage team members to use them for effective project execution

·Track project performance periodically to ensure both short-term and long-term goals are met

·Create and maintain detailed project documentation

Experience and Skills Requirements:

·Experienced in working in a Program/ Project Office

·CRM(SFDC) and Sales & Marketing experience

·Knowledge on Sales pipeline and account management

·Comfortable working in a fast paced and dynamic program environment

·Flexibility and ability to work virtually across global time zones

·Excellent communication skills

·Proven experience of three to five years in managing projects of similar size and type (modify the number of years as per your needs)

·PMP certification desirable (add any other certification pertinent to your industry)
