Responsibilities:

• Provide visionary technical leadership to the Java development team, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
• Spearhead the design and architecture of sophisticated Java applications, leveraging deep expertise in the Spring framework and Hibernate technologies. Make pivotal decisions regarding technology choices and overall application architecture.
• Uphold and enforce coding standards and best practices across the team. Conduct rigorous code reviews, offering constructive feedback to maintain an exceptionally high standard of code quality.
• Oversee the comprehensive design and implementation of database schemas and queries for Oracle and PostgreSQL databases. Take charge of optimizing database performance and troubleshooting complex database-related issues.
• Analyze, strategize, and optimize application performance, proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks to ensure seamless scalability. Implement cutting-edge strategies to enhance system efficiency and responsiveness.
• Stay at the forefront of industry trends and advancements in Java development. Provide strategic recommendations for the adoption of new technologies that enhance development processes. Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Lead and guide the team in meticulous project planning, execution, and delivery. Ensure that projects are completed within set deadlines and adhere to stringent quality standards. Maintain a proactive approach to project management, addressing challenges promptly and effectively.
• Document technical specifications and system designs meticulously, while also providing mentorship to team members. Champion knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance the skill set and collaborative spirit within the team.

• Demonstrate a robust proficiency in the Java programming language and an advanced understanding of object-oriented design principles. Possess extensive hands-on experience with the Spring framework, including Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Data.
• Showcase a proven track record in a leadership role, offering guidance and mentorship to development teams. Exhibit excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Display in-depth knowledge of Hibernate ORM for effective database persistence. Exhibit a solid understanding of Oracle and PostgreSQL databases, including schema design and optimization.
