Java Developer. The 20 consultants for this role must have the following qualifications:
Qualifications/ Competencies:
- B.S. / M.S. degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of hands-on object-oriented programming experience in Java.
- 5+ years of experience with Open-Source tools (Spring, Hibernate, Apache, Maven, JUnit, etc.). Open-Source tools
- 4+ years’ experience with relational database development (SQL, stored procedures, data modeling). Sybase experience preferred.
- Enthusiasm and flexibility to work independently or in a team-environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
Good to have:
- Experience on frameworks like Angular, React, Node.js, Typescript is a plus.
- Experience with at least one NoSQL Database (e.g. Apache Cassandra) and one scripting language (Perl/Python).
- Experience with cloud native development (Kubernetes, Docker), open source publish-subscribe frameworks like Apache Kafka.
