Location- Gurgaon
- Front Office and Reception Handling: Attend incoming and outgoing calls. Greet walk-in clients and visitors with a positive attitude. Manage and maintain the front desk, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for visitors and staff.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with colleagues, and Collaborate on front desk operations to maintain a professional and welcoming environment. . Manage the town hall area and provide necessary support for any program.
- Travel Management: Serve as a backup resource for coordinating travel arrangements for employees.
- Visitor Management: Handle guests, employees from other locations, service providers, and expats. Manage internal office events, including logistical arrangements and quotations.
- Admin Work PAN India: Efficiently handle Inex cube data MIS on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Vendor Coordination: Timely submission and clearance of invoices. Coordinate with finance for important payments like DLF.
- Record Keeping: Maintain MIS records for front office activities. Efficiently manage bills, records, and registers.
- Hygiene and Sanitation: Ensure the upkeep, cleanliness, and hygiene of the front office and reception area. Maintain a high level of hygiene in all office premises.
- Administrative Support: Assist various departments with data entry, document preparation, and filing. Handle general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, and filing.
- Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and directing calls. Office Supplies and Inventory: Monitor and manage office supplies, ensuring sufficient stock levels. Submit procurement requests when necessary.
- Working Conditions: Regular working hours with the possibility of occasional overtime. Standard office hours with occasional flexibility.
- Fast-paced environment with a focus on teamwork and collaboration as proactive individual with excellent organizational and communication skills.
