Roles & Responsibilities: 

·         Should have experience working on both ETL & Visualization tools.

·         Should have working experience on at least 3 ends to end implementation of DWH projects. 

·         Good Understanding of DWH architectures.

·         Must have experience on any data visualization tools (Power BI / Tableau / QlikView/Qlik Sense).

·         Must have experience on any ETL tools (SSIS / Informatica / DataStage). Strong knowledge on writing and understanding of SQL. 

·         Good to have knowledge on Data Modelling. Erwin Tool. 

·         Ability to design Symantec data layer for visualization and hands-on experience on configuring as well as managing Tableau Server.

·         Experience building custom Visualization dashboards.

·         Ability to lead a team of visualization developers.

·         Define BI guidelines, and report-development run book to enable self-service where applicable.

·         Define process for code deployments, platform monitoring, and authorization/permissions.

·         Build toolkits and templates to facilitate the accelerated creation of dashboards and ad-hoc reports.

·         Demonstrated/Hands-on experience on Dashboard Performance Optimization techniques.

·         Create processes to rapidly iterate, prototype, and implement data visualizations using advanced design and development skills.

·         Collaborate across multiple teams and functions, understanding business needs to present data in a clear way telling the stories as they relate to the data.

·         Should have database experience (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, SAP HANA, and cloud databases like Azure, Snowflake, AWS Redshift or Google.

·         Well-versed and experience working in an Agile/Scrum environments/ methodology.

·         Experience on using JIRA and Confluence.
