Profile-Customer Success Specialist

Experience- 06months & 2 year

Location: Udyog Vihar, Phase 1, Gurugram

Shifts: Rotational

Working Days: 6 days

Incentives: Based on performance

Budget: 3-4 LPA

Experience: 6 months to 2 years in sales

Key Requirement: Excellent communication skills


Roles and Responsibilities

● Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold

calls and emails

● Understand customer needs and requirements

● Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further

development and closure

● Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas

● Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory

● Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals

● Perform effective online demos to prospects
