EXP: 3 to 8 Yrs

CTC : 9 to 13Lpa

NP : IMM Joiners

Location: Chennai

Shift timings: 6AM to 3PM and 2PM to 10 PM and 24/7 rotational shifts

JD :

 Primary Skill:

Application Support with or without Middleware, Linux, Monitoring tools like Splunk, App dynamics, Grafana, Dynatrace or any Monitoring tool and Scheduling tool like Autosys and Ticketing tool is ServiceNow or any ticketing tool, ITIL Concept like Incident and Change and Problem, Release Management and Good to have Banking Application Support.

Technical Skills:

·  experience in  Application Production Support  in Linux platform.

· Strong  Technical Troubleshooting  skill

· Good experience in scripting –  Shell, Automations

· Well versed with ITIL -  Incident Change Release  management

· Basic knowledge of Middleware technologies - Apache Tomcat

· Good experience on application monitoring tool like  Splunk, AppDynamics , Grafana, Premetheus.

· Good experience in  AutoSys  or any scheduling mechanism.

· Good experience in  DevOps  CI CD tools like Jenkins, Ansible, uDeploy etc

· Knowledge of Banking domain (preferable)

· Basic knowledge of Database - Oracle SQL

· Good understanding of Infrastructure Technologies like Linux, Windows, MW, Database

· Good to have knowledge of AutoSys or any scheduling mechanism.

· Good to have DevOps SRE, Automation, cloud knowledge.

Process Skills:

• Good knowledge of ITSM Process

• Preferrable good knowledge of SDLC

• First point of support for application incidents

• Identifies, diagnoses, and resolves functional and technical problems

• Ensure quality services are delivered with respect to the agreed service level agreement

• Clearly understand client business to recommend, provides and support application services

Behavioral Skills :

• Self motivated

• Good team member

Certification:

• good to have DevOps, cloud/AWS base training/certification
