As an AI/ML Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI and ML solutions for our clients. This role is a senior position, requiring 6 to 10 years of experience in AI/ML.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 7 to 10 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering
• Strong knowledge and experience in deploying AI models in production
• Proficiency in Python coding and libraries such as TensorFlow, Poarch, and scikit-learn
• Experience with NLP techniques and frameworks
• Familiarity with big data technologies such as Databricks and Hive
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI and ML models, algorithms, and technologies to address business problems
• Deploy AI models and integrate them into existing systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs
• Optimize and fine-tune ML models for improved performance and accuracy
• Implement NLP pipelines for text and speech analysis
• Work with data engineers and data scientists to ensure data quality and integrity
