Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior PPC Executive to join our marketing team. The Senior PPC Executive will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns across various platforms. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of digital advertising, a proven track record of driving successful PPC campaigns, and the ability to analyze data to optimize campaign performance.
Responsibilities:
1. PPC Campaign Management:
- Develop, implement, and manage effective PPC strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure they meet performance goals, including click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to enhance campaign effectiveness.
2. Budget Management:
- Set, manage, and allocate budgets for PPC campaigns based on performance goals and marketing objectives.
- Monitor campaign spend and adjust bids to maximize ROI and maintain budget efficiency.
3. Keyword Analysis and Selection:
- Perform thorough keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords.
- Regularly analyze and refine keyword lists to align with campaign objectives and user intent.
4. Ad Creation and Testing:
- Create compelling and relevant ad copy that resonates with target audiences.
- Conduct A/B testing of ad variations to optimize click-through and conversion rates.
5. Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, providing regular reports on key metrics and insights.
- Identify trends and opportunities for improvement, making data-driven recommendations.
6. Competitor Analysis:
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Analyze competitor PPC campaigns and derive insights to enhance our campaigns.
7. Collaboration and Communication:
- Coordinate with other marketing team members to align PPC efforts with broader marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with graphic designers and content creators to ensure ad creatives are engaging and effective.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing PPC campaigns, preferably in an agency or e-commerce environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other PPC platforms.
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Ads/Ads Editor.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative mindset with the ability to write compelling ad copy.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Certification in Google Ads or other relevant PPC certifications is a plus.
