A. Business Development {New Client Acquisition} :-
· Conduct research to identify new markets and Business needs.
· Build market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships.
· Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials.
· Making Cold Calls to find potential Clients.
· Fixing Meetings with Companies to empanel with them for hiring requirements.
· Negotiating Commercials with the companies as per set standard and CAP limit.
· Business Mining for Key Accounts (Existing Accounts).
B. Client Servicing {Revenue Generation} :-
· Managing & closing all recruitment needs within the decided timeframe for each role of the company, JDs & Advertising.
· Craft relevant job descriptions, website advertising, social media recruitment updates & networking, - Sifting and selection of CV's, attending & scheduling interviews for all interview panel members (via zoom), maintaining the recruitment tracker & updating of the company resource plan.
· Reference check, joining documentation (ID, certificates, employee documents) closing on offer letters within defined time frame, continually developing a robust recruitment process.
· Generating revenue form the existing and new clients over and above the monthly target.
C. Team Management {Team Performance} :-
· Training the team members to maximize their potential.
· Conducting performance reviews.
· Creating a pleasant working environment that inspires the team.
· Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
· Supporting recruiting teams with clerical duties.
· Helping with initial applicant screening.
· Making the team achieve their monthly target.
