Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Telesales Executive to join our team. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers, promoting our products and services, and closing sales over the phone. This is a full-time position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, with an opportunity to grow within our organization.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in telesales or a similar role
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
• Good knowledge of real estate products and services
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Fluency in English and Tamil language

Roles and Responsibilities

• Contact potential customers by phone to explain our products and services
• Identify opportunities to generate new leads and follow up on existing leads
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide information on pricing and packaging
• Close sales deals over the phone and meet monthly sales targets
• Maintain customer database and update records with sales information
• Build long-term relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competition, and new product offerings
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve organizational goals
