The Sales Manager plays a crucial role in driving the organization's revenue growth by leading a team of sales professionals and executing sales strategies. Responsibilities

1 Team Leadership:

  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Set clear sales goals and performance expectations for the team.
  • Motivate and mentor sales representatives to maximize their potential.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
  • Implement strategies to foster teamwork and a positive sales culture.

2 Sales Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and company objectives.
  • Identify market opportunities and potential new customers.
  • Analyze sales data and trends to make informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts.



Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
  • 3+ years' of sales experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
