Full job description:-

• To handle sales inquiries. Manage dispatch process.
• To maintain sales records and report goal setting to the sales team.
• To Create and distribute presentations and supporting documents to help the sales team.
• Hands-on experience in preparing monthly sales reports, collections feedback, etc.
• Monitor the team's progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements.

Job Responsibilities:-

• Well-qualified to work on approaching customers directly for new offers or products.
• Must be able to work on the calling part.
• Able to work on worksheets to update data.
• Answer inquiries on time.
• Support management.
