Job Overview
VES Technosoft is seeking a passionate Junior Training and Development HR professional to join our team in Jaipur. This full-time or internship role is pivotal in supporting our internal growth initiatives. We require candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience who are ready to contribute effectively in a fast-paced IT services environment. The role involves designing, implementing, and evaluating learning programs that enhance employee skills and career development.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) is mandatory to effectively manage our diverse learning programs and track progress.
- Expertise in Instructional Design is mandatory to create engaging and effective training content tailored to different learning needs.
- Strong knowledge of eLearning Authoring Tools to develop interactive and impactful digital learning materials.
- Experience in conducting Training Needs Analysis to accurately identify skill gaps and develop suitable training interventions.
- Ability to craft Employee Engagement Strategies that motivate and inspire employees to participate actively in learning opportunities.
- Skilled in Workshop Facilitation to conduct in-person and virtual training sessions that are both informative and engaging.
- Proficiency in analyzing Data-Driven Training Metrics to assess the impact of learning programs and suggest improvements.
- Capability to utilize Virtual Training Platforms to expand learning opportunities and make training accessible to all employees.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and implement tailored training programs that align with company objectives and enhance employee performance.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop initiatives that address specific skills gaps and growth opportunities.
- Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness through feedback, metrics, and performance analysis to ensure quality delivery.
- Facilitate engaging workshops and training sessions, both virtually and in-person, to enhance employee skill sets.
- Utilize eLearning tools and platforms to create and deliver interactive training content to the workforce.
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) to track employee progress and measure training impact efficiently.
- Implement employee engagement strategies that promote continuous learning and professional development.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on training activities, outcomes, and future training needs.
