Job Overview

We are looking for a Language Translator to join our team on a contractual basis. This position is located in Gurgaon and is open to freshers with 0 to 1 year of work experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating various types of documents and communications, ensuring accuracy and maintaining the original meaning of the content.

• Fluency in multiple languages (Mandatory skill)

• Excellent communication skills to convey meaning precisely
• Cultural understanding to ensure the context and nuances are maintained
• Research skills to accurately translate complex ideas
• Interpreting skills for live translations and verbal communications
• Knowledge of different dialects to ensure regional accuracy.
• Languages Known (Any one from the following Punjabi, Assamese, Bengali, Udia, Kannadda, Malyalam, Gujarati, Mrathi).

Roles and Responsibilities

• Translate written materials from one language to another without losing the intent, value, or context of the source language
• Ensure the accuracy of translations and conform to the company’s quality standards
• Work with a variety of textual formats and documents, ranging from technical materials to marketing content
• Conduct research to understand the context, culture, and background of the material being translated
• Provide live translations during meetings or events, as necessary
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all translations
• Collaborate with other team members and clients to ensure effective and accurate translations
• Stay updated with the latest linguistic trends and adapt translation strategies accordingly
