Project Manager - eLearning – 5 to 7 years’ experience (Mandatory)

Responsibilities

·        Managing and maintaining Project schedules, budgets, deadlines, project team, and schedules

·        Ensure to meet deadlines, profitability, and metric targets

·        Communicating project status on a regular basis to Project stakeholders

·        Contributing project processes

·        Motivating team members to attain required results while building and maintaining a dynamic learning and development culture

·        Identifying and resolving issues and make success of the project

·        Ability to work overtime and motivate your team to work overtime to ensure project success, as required

·        Ability to train the team for their success and upskilling

·        Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

·        Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

·        Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and client satisfaction

Qualification

·        Bachelors or Master’s degree with relevant experience

·        PMP or PMI certification preferred

·        eLearning Project management experience is must with instructional design and Graphic Design for customized digital content development

·        5 – 7 years of relevant work experience in Project Management in eLearning domain

·        Strong understanding of eLearning development processes and technologies

·        Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

·        Proficient with MS Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project
