Role : Business Development Officer
Relevant Experience: 1 - 3 years
Location: Bangalore/Surat/Vadodara
Roles and Responsibilities:
- This is a sales and customer engagement role.
- Person will be responsible to generate leads, collect required document, help customer to apply for loan and manage good relationship.
- An ability to understand lending products and a strong background on the fundamentals of finance.
- Has strong customer orientation and is able to handle objections from customers methodically and politely. •
- Should have strong communication skills - oral and written in English, Hindi, and local language.
- An ability to display a strong sense of empathy with the customer.
- Patience to deal with the customers, partners and analysts in the face of process-breakdowns and delays.
- Any graduate or postgraduate.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Experience in B2B sales in a customer facing role for 1-3 years.
