Job Overview

We are hiring a Sales Manager to join our team at Verifitech Services - India. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets. The job is based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India and is a full-time position. The salary range for this role will be based on experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the background verification industry
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Highly motivated and target-driven
• Knowledge of the background verification industry is a plus
