• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in English and local language (Tamil).
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives.
• Must have experience in up-selling and cross-selling.
• Must have hands on experience in revenue maintaining.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and expand customer base.
• Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance their sales skills.
• Monitor and report on team performance, providing regular updates to management.
