Need Procurement Engineer ( Mechanical/Civil/ Electrical)

Roles and Responsibilities:

Preparation of RFQ documents and floating enquires to potential vendors / contractors with companies standard Terms and Conditions along with complete BOQ, Scope of Work, Drawings & available technical specification Keep track of industry pricing trends and formulate plans of action.

Maintain and review records of items bought, costs, deliveries, product performance, and inventories. Manages procurement POs, supply agreements, and delivery schedules.

Technical Knowledge/experience with: Design,Engineering & Project management. Understanding of budgets and financial models. Solid technical background of solar systems and/or components. This includes photovoltaic modules, racking or tracking systems, structures, inverters, balance-of-system (AC and DC), transformers, switchgear & Civil.

//Experience in solar industry preferred.//

Experience in Procurement of Electrical/Electronic items HT/LT Cables, transformers, Switchgears, switch yards, Structures, Walkway’s, Cable Tray’s, Lifeline, Communication Cables, Connectors, SCADA, E&C and installation Services for project as well as routine operation / running plant, preparation of Service Contacts etc.

Candidate with experience in Purchase, Strategic Sourcing, Vendor Development, Cost Analysis is must

Location: Chembur, Mumbai

Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Mechanical/Civil/ Electrical

Experience: 3-4 yrs

Salary: 10 LPA to 15 LPA
