Job Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic team in Chennai. This is a full-time role requiring a professional with 7 to 10 years of experience. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of HR dynamics and will be responsible for overseeing the HR functions, ensuring excellence in employee management practices, and supporting the organization's growth through strategic HR leadership.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in human resources with proven leadership abilities to manage a diverse team effectively.
- Proficiency in HR/IR (Mandatory skill) to navigate industrial relations and human resource strategies successfully.
- Strong expertise in employee relations, facilitating a constructive dialogue between staff and management.
- Demonstrable skills in performance management to drive productivity and employee growth through effective evaluation systems.
- Experience in designing and implementing training and development programs to enhance workplace skills and efficiency.
- Comprehensive knowledge in compensation and benefits to ensure competitive and fair reward systems that attract and retain talents.
- Thorough understanding of HR compliance to ensure organizational practices adhere to legal and ethical standards.
- Familiarity with statutory requirements and practices to safeguard the organization against legal issues and foster a compliant work environment.
