Power BI Developer

Onsite ( Day 1 )

Location : Bangalore

6+ Months Contract

This role must have hands-on experience in Power BI, M, DAX functions, data warehouse design, SQL databases and SQL statements. 

Physical and Travel Requirements

•   Office environment 

•   10% of travel requirement

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

•   Solid experience with and in-depth knowledge of Power BI, M and DAX functions

•   Strong experience as a Power BI Developer or Data Scientist.

•   Strong expertise and proven experience in development of reports, dashboards, KPI scorecards, aggregating data from multiple sources

•   Advanced expertise in designing dashboards on phones and tablets. 

•   Background in data warehouse design (e.g. dimensional modeling) and SQL databases and SQL statements.

•   In-depth understanding of database management systems, online analytical processing (OLAP) and ETL (Extract, transform, load) framework.

•   Proven abilities to take initiative and be innovative

•   Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude

•   Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced & complex environment with a self-motivated work ethic; utilize sound judgment with an ability to manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency

•   Ability to work in a virtual environment in a global organization

•   Proficient English language skills

•   Willingness to global travel

•   Able to be aware of all relevant SOPs as per Company policy as they are related to the position covered by this Job Description 

•   Able to comply with the company’s safety and quality policies at all times
