Job brief

We are looking for a qualified Team Lead to manage our team and provide effective guidance. You

will be responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members on a daily basis.

 Assigning Team Members to projects in accordance with their skillsets, previous experience,

and availability.

 Monitoring day-to-day project activities and corresponding resourcing.

 Capacity planning and Optimal Engagement of Resources.

 Monitoring and managing employees’ workload, utilization, and overtime hours.

 Delegate tasks and set deadlines.

 Oversee day-to-day operation.

 Monitor team performance and report on metrics.

 Motivate team members.

 Discover training needs and provide coaching.

 Create plans to address clients’ business needs

 Strong Clients handling skills, Key accounts Management, Strategic Planning

 Responsible for Client Assignments and Deliverable in the specified TAT

 Client Escalations

 P & L of the Team
