Job Overview

We are hiring for the role of Tele Calling at Vel Seyon Fintech and Investment Private Limited. This is a Full-Time/Part-Time position based in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in the field.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in tele calling or a related role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to persuasively communicate information and sell products/services.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce them to our products/services.
• Explain the benefits and features of our products/services and answer any questions or concerns.
• Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team with interested customers.
• Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues.
• Maintain a database of customer information and update it regularly.
• Achieve set targets and goals for call volume, sales, and customer satisfaction.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the effectiveness of the calling process.
• Adhere to company policies and regulations.
