Job Overview

We are looking for a TELE CALLER to join our team at Vel Seyon Fintech and Investment Private Limited. As a TELE CALLER, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and promoting our products and services. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India. We welcome freshers with less than 1 year of experience to apply.

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English and Hindi (additional languages will be a plus)
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Ability to convince and persuade customers

Roles and Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce them to our products and services
• Provide information and answer questions about our offerings

• Identify customer needs and propose appropriate solutions
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales
