We are looking for enthusiastic inbound and outbound telemarketers to join our team. As a vel Seyon telemarketer, you will be responsible for handling calls from potential customers interested in our products/services and making outbound calls to generate leads and promote our offerings.

Job Responsibilities:

Inbound Telemarketer:

Answer incoming calls from customers interested in our products/services.

Provide information about our offerings and assist customers with their inquiries.

Guide customers through the sales process and record their details in our system.

Outbound Telemarketer:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services.

Generate leads and follow up on prospects to convert them into customers.

Maintain call records and update our database with relevant information.

Qualifications:

Good communication skills and a friendly phone manner.

Ability to work well in a team and independently.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems (training will be provided).

High school diploma or equivalent.
