Job Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team at Velaans Energy. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of lubricant products to potential customers and maintaining customer relationships. This is a full-time position located in Erode, Tamil Nadu, India.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the lubricants or related industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Good understanding of marketing principles
  • Ability to analyze sales data and identify trends
  • Problem-solving skills


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Promote and sell the company's range of lubricant products to potential customers
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues
  • Prepare sales reports and forecast sales trends
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads
  • Ensure timely delivery of products to customers and maintain inventory levels
