Job Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Field Sales Executive to join our team at Velaans Energy. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our company's growth and success in the lubricants industry. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and achieving targets in the Chennai, Tamil Nadu region.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1 to 3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the lubricants or related industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to convince and influence customers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and maximize revenue
  • Identify and prospect potential customers in the Chennai region through cold calling, market research, and networking
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
  • Present and demonstrate product offerings to customers, highlighting their benefits and competitive advantages
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, providing feedback to management
  • Meet regularly with the sales team and provide ongoing training and support
  • Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer database, and generate reports
