You will be responsible for…

 Developing and executing a strategic sales plan that aligns with the company's

vision, mission, and goals. Lead opportunity development, from initiation, proposal

preparation to closure and handover.

 Managing the sales pipeline and forecasting the revenue and profitability of your

team.

 Coaching, mentoring, and motivating your team to achieve and exceed their sales

targets.

 Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with key decision makers and

influencers in customer organizations.

 Negotiating and closing contracts with customers and ensuring compliance with

the company's policies and procedures.

 Providing feedback and insights to the product development and marketing teams

to support the innovation and improvement of BASE Automation's solutions.

 Increase overall performance of the organization by creating strong customer

relationships and new partnerships.

 Develop and maximize BASE Automation presence and market share in designated

accounts and territory.

 Drive continuous improvement and contribute constructive transformation in a sale

Organization.

 Detect and develop new business opportunities both in terms of market coverage

product portfolio and go-to-market to ensure profitable growth.

 Synthesize intelligence on customers and competitors.

 Accurately forecast new business, report sales status and sales opportunities to

management

 Be a team Player, involving in cross training and development of fellow sales team.


 You will have the authority to make decisions regarding the sales strategy, pricing,

and contract terms for your team.

 You will have the authority to approve the proposals and quotations prepared by your

team.

 You will have the authority to allocate and manage the resources and budget for your

team.

 You will have the authority to hire, fire, and evaluate the performance of your team

members.

What skills and experience you’ll bring to us

Qualifications we are looking for…

 Customer-centric mindset and passion for delivering value.

 You have at least 10 years of sales experience in the automation industry, with a

proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

 You have at least 5 years of sales management experience, with a demonstrated

ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing sales teams.

 You have a strong technical background and knowledge of automation solutions,

including hardware, software, and services.

 You have excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the

ability to communicate effectively with customers, partners, and internal

stakeholders at all levels.

 You have a customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering value and solving

customer problems.

 Must be a BE (EEE/ECE/E&I) with a strong focus on automation and control systems.

 Good oral and written communication skills in English are essential.



Knowledge & Skills, we are expecting…

 In contact and doing business with Key accounts in Tyre, Automotive, Auto

components or other discrete end user accounts.

 Knowledge of Rockwell Automation, Siemens, Schneider systems.

 Knowledge of SCADA’s like FT View, FT Optix, Wonderware, Ignition etc.,

 Knowledge of Mechatronics, pneumatic system solution architecting …
