Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Python Developer to join our team at Veegasri. As a Senior Python Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality software applications using Python. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Python development, be able to work independently and collaboratively, and have a passion for delivering high-quality code.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 4 to 6 years of experience in Python web application development
• Strong programming skills in Python and knowledge of Python frameworks (Django, Flask, etc.)
• Experience with database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
• Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Knowledge of version control systems (Git) and agile methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Passion for delivering high-quality code

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Python-based applications and system integrations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Write clean and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance and resolve issues
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and provide constructive feedback
• Participate in the entire software development life cycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Python development
