We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team in Chennai. This full-time, mid-level position requires a professional with 4 to 6 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to manage customer relationships, deliver presentations, and possess in-depth product knowledge. Your technical expertise and understanding of sales processes will be crucial in driving our growth and success.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Present and demonstrate products to clients, highlighting unique features and benefits to influence purchasing decisions.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of solutions and services.
  • Identify new business opportunities and work towards achieving sales targets and expanding the client base.
  • Prepare and deliver technical proposals and quotations to prospective clients.
  • Participate in industry events, seminars, and training sessions to stay updated on market trends and product developments.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding potential improvements or changes to existing product offerings.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by acting as a point of contact for resolving technical issues and answering product-related queries.
