Job Overview

We are seeking a CNC Programmer for a full-time, mid-level position at our Chennai location. The candidate should have a maximum of 6 years of relevant work experience. As part of our team, you will utilize your expertise in CNC programming to support the precision machining needs of our clients.

Qualifications and Skills

• Precision Machining (Mandatory skill): Demonstrated expertise in operating CNC machines with focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Tooling Setup (Mandatory skill): Ability to set up and adjust tools and machinery for optimal production performance.
• Mechanical Knowledge (Mandatory skill): Comprehensive understanding of mechanical systems and components related to CNC operations.
• Blueprint Reading: Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering blueprints and technical drawings.
• Quality Control: Experience in implementing quality control processes to ensure conformity with technical specifications.
• Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues in CNC production.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure precision and accuracy in all aspects of CNC programming.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop, modify, and optimize CNC programs for machines to produce parts as per specifications.
• Interpret and analyze blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD models to develop programming strategies.
• Set up, calibrate, and maintain CNC machinery and tooling to ensure operational readiness and precision.
• Conduct test runs and adjust programs or tools as necessary to ensure reliability and high-quality output.
• Perform routine maintenance checks and troubleshoot operational issues as needed to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to improve manufacturing processes and tooling designs.
• Maintain detailed records of programming and production data for continuous improvement and auditing purposes.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company quality standards throughout all stages of production.
