Job Overview

Mid-Level: 4 to 6 years of experience | Full-Time | Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India

Qualifications and Skills

• 4 to 6 years of experience as a CNC Machine Service Engineer
• Strong knowledge of CNC machines, preferably with experience in Fanuc, Siemens, and Mitsubishi systems
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing CNC machines
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Willingness to travel to customer sites when required
• Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred

Roles and Responsibilities

• Service, troubleshoot, and repair CNC machines according to customer requirements
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and inspections on CNC machines
• Diagnose and resolve machine performance issues to minimize downtime
• Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide technical support
• Train customers on the operation and maintenance of CNC machines
• Document all service activities and provide detailed reports to management
• Stay updated with the latest CNC technology and advancements
• Coordinate with the sales team to identify potential service opportunities
