Job Description


•Responsible for the entire process of lea

d management, sales, and business development


•Driving scale and growth through proper sales planning and precise execution


•Research and build relationships with potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization


Find and develop prospects through online networking, referrals, cold calling, direct sellingonline, business development through LinkedIn and other appropriate online channels


•Write proposals, gain appropriate approvals, and present approved proposals to prospective clients


•Sell our core Services to prospective businesses


•Responsible for concurrently moving a number of prospects through sequential stages of the sales process


•Ability to plan and achieve the desired business within timelines


•Meeting sales metrics that drive business opportunities


•Employ consultative selling and establish a trusted advisor relationship to

determine the prospect’s needs and responsible for client engagement


•Relationship Management with existing clients to ensure retention and

reference


•Developing and maintaining of database regular reporting and followups


•Plan and handle Client acquisition campaigns and lead generation to build the brand


•Reporting: Monitor, evaluate, and report on individual businesses and our progress towards weekly, monthly, and annual targets


•Provide insights for the team to do right promotional and customer communication

initiatives/strategies


•Desired Candidate profile


•1-4years of experience in B2B sales


•Preferable Qualifications-Engineering graduates with MBA


•Basic Data analytical

skills


•Preference for candidates from Following Industries–Electric Vehicle

and Automobile Component Manufacturing


•Strong Communication and Presentation skills


•Willingness to travel
