**Job Description: Zonal Manager (EduTech Company)**


**Position Overview:**

The Zonal Manager will be responsible for leading and managing all field operations within a designated zone or district. This includes overseeing a team of Business Development Executives (BDEs), Trainers, and managing client relationships with schools. The Zonal Manager will play a key role in driving business growth, ensuring the successful delivery of educational technology solutions, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. The role demands strong leadership, strategic thinking, and effective resource management.


**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Team Leadership:** Lead, manage, and mentor field employees, including BDEs and Trainers, to ensure high performance and achievement of sales targets.

- **Client Management:** Build and maintain strong relationships with school clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction with products and services.

- **Sales & Growth:** Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, expanding client base, and achieving regional sales targets.

- **Training & Implementation:** Oversee the successful implementation of training programs and ensure they are delivered effectively to school staff and students.

- **Performance Monitoring:** Track and assess team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to ensure objectives are met.

- **Reporting & Strategy:** Prepare regular reports on sales, performance, and client feedback, and collaborate with senior management to align regional strategies with company goals.

- **Resource Management:** Ensure efficient use of resources, including coordinating logistics and ensuring teams have the necessary tools and support to succeed.


**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in team leadership and sales management, ideally in the EduTech or education sector.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and teams across a large geographic area.

- Experience in client relationship management and business development.

- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
